What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All of our packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx or Canada Post.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

The total time for the package to be available at your specified address is highly dependent on the proximity of the address to our office. We however promise, to always dispatch immediately we receive others. Addresses within Canada and the US are typically faster than the rest of the world.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can keep tabs on your orders by visiting our tracking page. It’s easy; just enter your order number for details.

If you don’t have your order number on hand, reference your receipt. You can also log in to your account to see your order history.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

No. It is not mandatory to have an account as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. However, any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference or order.
